CMIC Inizio Co., Ltd. celebrates its 10th anniversary since its establishment as a joint venture in 2014. We deeply appreciate the support of all stakeholders who have accompanied us on this journey. As I assume the role of President and CEO in this milestone year, I feel a renewed sense of responsibility.

Since entering the CSO industry from a different sector in 2000, I have witnessed firsthand the industry's progress and transformation. Amidst significant changes in the pharmaceutical landscape, the demands and expectations towards CSOs have evolved, compelling us to acquire new capabilities and foster corporate growth. Embracing these high hurdles and overcoming them through our specialized expertise forms the cornerstone of our growth process.

The evolving societal structures and healthcare innovations are expected to accelerate further, presenting various opportunities and challenges for companies supporting healthcare. We are committed to continually challenging ourselves to support the innovation of these companies, focusing on new business development and further development of our personnel.
